Effective September 8, 2026 · Last updated September 8, 2026

01

Scope and who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Linehaul Labs LLC (“Linehaul Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information when you visit rignodes.com, use the RigNodes workflow automation platform, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with our services (collectively, the “Services”).

RigNodes is designed for businesses. When an organization provides you access, that organization controls its account and the operational data submitted through it. This policy does not govern information that our customers process outside the Services.

02

Information we collect

Information you or your organization provide

  • Account and organization information: name, work email address, password hash, role, organization membership, and preferences.
  • Billing information: legal name, billing address, subscription, usage, invoice, tax, and payment status. Payment card details are collected and handled by Stripe rather than stored by RigNodes.
  • Integration information: connection settings, encrypted credentials, field mappings, webhook configurations, and identifiers needed to connect systems selected by your organization.
  • Operational content: workflows, records, work queues, comments, notifications, test data, webhook payloads, and other data your organization sends to or generates through the Services.
  • Communications: information included in support, sales, legal, or other messages sent to us.

Information collected automatically

We collect service usage, credit consumption, feature interactions, request timestamps, device and browser information, IP address, diagnostic events, and security and audit logs. We also use essential session cookies to authenticate users, maintain sessions, and protect the Services.

Information from other sources

We receive information from Stripe about billing and payment status and from integration providers when your organization directs RigNodes to connect with them.

03

How we use information

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and secure the Services.
  • Authenticate users and administer organization accounts and permissions.
  • Run workflows, process webhooks, connect customer-selected systems, and deliver requested notifications.
  • Measure usage, calculate charges, issue invoices, collect payment, and calculate applicable taxes.
  • Respond to questions, send service messages, and provide customer support.
  • Monitor reliability, investigate errors, prevent abuse, enforce our Terms of Use, and comply with law.
  • Improve and develop the Services using aggregated usage patterns and customer feedback.
04

How we share information

We disclose information only as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including to:

  • Cloud infrastructure providers: hosting, database, storage, network delivery, and supporting infrastructure.
  • Stripe: payment-method setup, invoicing, payment collection, fraud prevention, and tax calculation.
  • Twilio SendGrid: transactional email delivery and related delivery-status reporting.
  • Customer-selected integration providers: data and requests necessary to perform the workflows and connections configured by your organization. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
  • Professional advisers and authorities: when reasonably necessary to obtain legal, accounting, or security assistance; protect rights and safety; respond to lawful process; or comply with law.
  • Business transaction participants: in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

05

Customer data and account administrators

Customer organizations determine what operational data they submit, which integrations they enable, and which users may access their accounts. Organization administrators may access, manage, export, or delete account data and may control your access.

If your request concerns data controlled by your employer or another RigNodes customer, contact that organization first. We may refer your request to the customer or assist the customer in responding.

06

Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, maintain legitimate business and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal, tax, accounting, and contractual obligations. Retention periods vary by data type and account configuration. Backups and immutable billing, security, and audit records may remain for a limited period after account deletion.

07

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, tenant-level authorization, encryption of stored integration credentials, and audit logging. No service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting account credentials, configuring integrations appropriately, and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.

08

Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also have the right to appeal our response and to use an authorized agent where permitted by law.

To submit a request, email legal@linehaullabs.com. We may verify your identity and authority before completing a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights. Account profile and notification preferences may also be managed within RigNodes.

09

Cookies and similar technologies

RigNodes uses cookies and similar local browser technologies that are necessary to sign users in, maintain secure sessions, remember interface preferences, and protect the Services. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies. Blocking essential cookies may prevent authentication or other features from working.

10

International use and children

The Services are operated from the United States. If you access them from another country, information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate.

RigNodes is a business service and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information to the Services.

11

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the Services or legal requirements change. We will post the updated version here, revise the “Last updated” date, and provide additional notice when required by law.
